Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agree to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.

Please note that: All the sale, discounted, or brought with a coupon/gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

All Devi Jaipur products are hand crafted. Every product is carefully inspected for any defects before being shipped out. Please allow for slight variation and inclusions in our stone jewelry. We primarily use natural stones in our products; hence inclusions should be cherished and considered a testimony of their natural origin and not looked at as defects. Care must be taken to protect the product from tarnishing. Please store all jewelry in the air tight bags provided by us during sale. Devi Jaipur does not offer lifetime warranty on tarnishing.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please note that we follow stringent quality control before any item is shipped to our customers. As a policy we do not provide an exchange or return on any product once sold. In case you receive a damaged product or different product (product does not match the item in the order confirmation), kindly drop us a mail with your Order ID. We shall try our best to resolve it at the earliest.

• If the product material is cracked or broken on receipt of the said product by the customer. In such case the product must be returned to Devi Jaipur unused/ undamaged, in the original packaging, along with the care instructions, box, ribbon (if any) and original invoice or gift receipt within 02 days. Please note that the product are your responsibility until they are returned to Devi Jaipur on the following address:

• Product used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted as returns and hence no money will be refundable.
• The customer will incur all shipping charges, for returning the product to Devi Jaipur.
• Product being returned are the sole responsibility of the customer till it is delivered & received by Devi Jaipur.
• Product damaged or misplaced by the courier company in transit, when a customer is returning a product will not be accepted as a return and no money will be refunded.
• Some product which are made to order or are customized are not eligible for returns.
• Kindly note that prepaid orders will not be eligible for the cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute against the policies made by Devi Jaipur and accepts the Devi Jaipur's decision regarding the cancellation.
• If the customer doesn't like the product design, exchange/return will not be accepted. We suggest that you read the product description and check all the photos before ordering. If necessary, you can also contact us for more information about the product.
• Some color difference can be there owing to the screen resolution of the device used by you and the camera lights. Kindly do not expect a replacement or refund of any kind for it.
• No Refund, Return & Exchange for the SALE/MADE TO ORDER category.
• All the sale, discounted, or brought with a coupon/gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as you place an order with us, our system starts processing your order immediately. We ship orders worldwide through our trusted shipping partners.

• If the order is ready to ship, we dispatch it immediately.
• The product is also quality checked before being sent to the courier partner.
• Your goods will be packaged and sent safely to our trusted shipping partners.
• If your address is in a place that is not served by our shipping partners, the Devi Jaipur’s team will contact you and find an alternative solution to send your order to you.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual products.

For all orders with India: 3-5 business days

For all international orders:

We always try our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local
customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to buying.
2. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
3. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances or any unexpected delays due to festivals, adverse weather conditions, accidents, etc. would be beyond our control.

Once an order is placed with Devi Jaipur, we send a confirmation stating the receipt of order. After the order has been shipped customers are sent the tracking partner name and tracking number. We make diligent efforts to ensure that you receive your order in the best conditions. Each product is packaged in sturdy packaging so that it remains without physical damage. 

If there is any change in the shipping address after the order has been confirmed, you can intimidate us before the order is shipped at jaipurdevi@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are shipping to over 104 countries worldwide.

All the international orders from outside India, are charged at INR 2000 flat.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to buying. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Kindly note that international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
